Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive technical discussions with architects, developers, business analysts, and leadership teams.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
- Drive decision-making by balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and project timelines.
- Our global consulting firm combines creativity and innovative technology to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
- Through research and development initiatives in our FinLabs we develop solutions for modernization, from Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to Data Science models, Digital Underwriting, mobile-first applications and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management with a strong technical background.
- Proven experience managing large-scale application development and technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Experience leading technical conversations with development teams and solution architects.
- This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture concepts, and modern technology stacks, along with the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership, business stakeholders, clients, architects, and engineering teams.
Compensation

- The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
- In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Atlanta, GA is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).
