About the role
- CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Expert Engineer to help shape and evolve the shared technology ecosystem across multiple projects and teams.
- This role focuses on improving scalability, modularity, and long-term sustainability of systems and pipelines used studio-wide.

Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on technical decisions across teams, with an understanding of the human factors that impact code sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience with refactoring large or legacy codebases in a production environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine (preferred) or similar game development environments.
Compensation
- $186,900 - $257,000 USD annually
- This role may be eligible for a long term incentive program (option to purchase CDPR stock after the vesting period).
- At CD PROJEKT RED compensation for our roles in North America are determined based on competitive market data, geographic location, and individual factors tied to business needs.
- The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
