- Provide tactical quality engineering support for our new Row Line assembly department
- Lead containment activities and problem investigations for possible quality issues
- Participate in quality improvement meetings that support factory and customer concern
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management, Product Engineering, and inspectors to improve product quality, reduce defects, and strengthen quality culture across the factory.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

- Effective communication, organization, with proficiency in Microsoft Office What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Experience with data analysis skills, AI, PowerBI, or programming
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering program or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- $68k-$102k
