Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
Lead and manage the payroll team, providing training and support as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper employee classification and payroll funding.
Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and vendors.

Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a multi-state or large-scale organization.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation is a plus

Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Workday, or similar), Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and wage & hour laws.

Certifications: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation is a plus
