Responsibilities
- End User Support Provide first-line technical support for employees across multiple departments.
- Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Maintain user permissions and access controls.
- ERP & Business Systems Support Assist employees with ERP system troubleshooting and user support.
- Support software implementations, upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Network & Infrastructure Support Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity.
- Support switches, routers, VPN connections, DNS, DHCP, and general networking.
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting users in a Windows-based business environment.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Experience supporting ERP or business management software.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or automation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or mobile device management.
- Assist with data validation and system configuration as required.

- Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Identity & Cloud Administration Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and licensing.
- Assist with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) administration.
- Work with business users to resolve system issues and improve workflows.
