About the role
- UCF's Student Accessibility Services is seeking a creative Course Access Coordinator.
- The Course Access Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that blind, low vision, Deaf, and hard of hearing students have timely and meaningful access to their coursework at UCF.
- This is a hands-on, relationship-centered role that sits at the intersection of student services, faculty partnership, and accessibility technology.
Responsibilities
- Support Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) administrative responsibilities, such as, but not limited to, DHH agency invoice management and captioning coordination for videos that need to be captioned within courses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience
- Overall, SAS' accessibility work spans most areas of campus with opportunities for various engagement and the ability to make a campus impact.
Nice to have
- Experience managing vendor relationships, invoice processing, and managing detailed projects.

Compensation
- The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $20.29 - $21.55 ($42,367- $45,000 annually).
