About the role
- Donor Development Strategies (DDS) is a company that specializes in professional canvassing and grassroots outreach for public media stations (PBS and NPR).
- Here in Ann Arbor, we fundraise on behalf of Detroit PBS.
- Canvass Directors are expected to meet and exceed minimum fundraising and canvass shift quotas in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform field training and regular field check-ins with all staff.
Requirements
- Base-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based storage platforms.
- Professional communication skills (including public speaking, professional writing, and strong telephone skills) are required.
- Attention to detail, office management/administrative experience, and basic accounting skills are required.
- The successful candidate will be organized, efficient, and good at multi-tasking; must be an excellent and efficient time manager while following a tight schedule.

- Pay and Benefits $22.00/hour starting base wage, plus fundraising bonuses. $100 potential weekly bonuses.
