About the role

  • You will play a key role in reviewing credentialing work for quality and compliance, supporting internal and external audits, coordinating corrective action efforts, and preparing materials for Compliance stakeholders.
  • This position directly impacts audit readiness, quality performance, and the effectiveness of SafeRide's credentialing operations.
  • Identify trends, errors, and process gaps through ongoing quality assurance and audit activities

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating audit-related activities
  • Partner with credentialing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain organized records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, consistency, and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues and support operational goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in transportation provider credentialing, provider data, quality assurance, auditing, or related functions
  • Working knowledge of credentialing workflows, file documentation standards, and compliance expectations
  • Experience supporting audits, quality reviews, or monitoring activities
  • Proficiency in Excel and Adobe for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or tracking corrective action plans
  • Prior experience preparing materials for audits or compliance reviews
  • Familiarity with credentialing or workflow systems
  • Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly evolving environment
