Create and maintain the preliminary Pre-Development schedules.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand
Identify Construction-related easements that may be required: R.O.W., crane swing, tiebacks, etc.
Experience with urban and/or cottage projects.

Identify potential off-site improvement requirements including, but not limited to, utility upgrades and traffic improvements.
Ensure the A/E Team, Development and Pre-Construction are aligned on the Project's Permitting requirements.
I.e., what is required by the Municipality to be included in the Permit submissions.
Coordinate with Development to obtain rezone, conditional use permits, entitlements, etc. required to develop project.
Communicate potential construction-related pricing issues to the Pre-Construction Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
