About the role

The Motorcoach Operator plays a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and first-class transportation services to our clients.
This position requires exceptional driving expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an outstanding passenger experience.
Operators are responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and service at all times.

Deliver service that reflects the company's commitment to excellence, ensuring each trip is comfortable, efficient, and discreet.
Partner closely with dispatch and operations to maintain seamless communication and service execution.
This program is designed to support retention and does not constitute guaranteed compensation.

Must be at least 25 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Proven professional driving experience with a strong focus on passenger care and service.
Professional appearance with the ability to consistently represent the company in a polished manner.
Exceptional time management skills with a track record of punctuality and dependability.
Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to serve a diverse and high-expectation clientele.
Must be comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods of time.
