About the role
- You will help translate business priorities into clear, concise messaging and assist in delivering communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
- All communication regarding recruitment for a Guidehouse position will be sent from Guidehouse email domains including @guidehouse.com or guidehouse@myworkday.com.

Responsibilities
- Support communication planning and execution
- Assist in developing and implementing internal communication materials (e.g., emails, newsletters, briefing notes) to support CFO priorities and organizational updates.
- Create clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand communications for a range of audiences, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Help manage timelines, track deliverables, and support the execution of communication initiatives across teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end virtual meetings for CFO leadership, including scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation support, and follow-up tracking.
- Graphic Design Support
- Create clear, visually engaging communication materials (e.g., slides, infographics, newsletters) that effectively convey CFO messaging and align with organizational branding.
- As a Communications and Project Management Consultant, you will support internal communications efforts for a government agency leadership team.
- This role focuses on content development, coordination, and execution of communications activities, while building foundational skills in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Ability to Obtain Public Trust
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US citizenship required)
