- The Senior Research Specialist is responsible for leading the creation and development of Talent Tech Labs' market research, including surveys, trends, data analysis, and benchmarking.
Responsibilities
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives.
- Perform primary research tasks, including expert interviews, due diligence, discovery, and technology product demos.
- Develop and disseminate research content via published reports, conferences, and webinars.
- Lead and support client advisory projects, including analyst briefings, strategic engagements, and technology provider advisory engagements.
- Synthesize research findings and deliver recommendations to client leadership.
- Manage research projects, ensuring timely communication with team members and clients.
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables, including scoping potential client engagements and determining product fit.
- Collaborate with QWA on partner engagements and peer reviews of colleagues' research reports.
- Build relationships with technology providers, talent practitioners, and thought leaders.
