- Schwab Retirement Plan Services (SRPS) is a leading provider of bundled retirement plan services for mid-to-large companies.
Responsibilities
- Create and support custom specifications (Inbound/Outbound) and custom layout programming.
- Conduct extensive research (process report review, plan specs, payroll design).
- Own and deliver small projects independently (file indicator updates, source additions, integration changes).
- Perform thorough and detailed test file audits, including custom scenarios.
- Act as SME and support team development outside day-to-day work.
- Participate and lead calls related to programming issues and assigned projects.
- Impact Directly supports complex payroll integrations and non-standard plan designs that carry higher operational and financial risk if not implemented accurately.
- Responsible for identifying issues, driving resolution, and engaging appropriate partners when needed.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of payroll integration and recordkeeping systems.

- Autonomy Operates with a high degree of independence, managing assigned work and projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
