preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading high-profile commercial projects while serving as a mentor and leader

You'll work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll: Lead commercial construction projects from contract award through final completion.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure exceptional field execution.
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators.

Direct preconstruction planning, buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
Oversee project financial performance, billing, forecasting, and change management.
