- Mentor and develop the Staff Accountant, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth

- Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to support new product launches, customer programs, and business development opportunities
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains
- Serve as the financial liaison between Oribi and Re:Build Manufacturing corporate finance, ensuring seamless reporting and policy alignment
- Support business development efforts with cost modeling, pricing analysis, and financial feasibility assessments for advanced composite component opportunities
- Champion a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and financial literacy across the organization
