About the role

As a Primary Therapist under the guidance of the Program Director, you will be pivotal in guiding clients and their families through their transformative journey.
In this role, you'll conduct individual and family counseling sessions tailored to each client's needs, ensuring ongoing assessments, and maintaining documentation standards.
This position will be fully on-site at our Corona location.

Monitor client safety continuously and develop effective safety plans.
Maintain compliance with clinical documentation as per ROWI and Joint Commission standards.
Deliver therapy sessions that comply with the designated level of care for each client.
Collaborate on discharge planning and facilitate group therapy sessions, including alumni and multi-family groups.

Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible as an MFT, Clinical Psychologist, or Social Worker.
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
Must be licensed or eligible as an MFT, Clinical Psychologist, or Social Worker.
Licensed Psychologist Credentials (Required)
