About the role

  • This specific role is intended for those with an Electrical Engineering background along with hands on experience diagnosing and analyzing printed circuit boards.
  • In the role you will represent operations before several cross-departmental teams, actively identifying and communicating improvement opportunities related to various fail modes identified through bench diagnostics and data collection analysis.
  • Specific skills that align with the role include analytical ability, detail oriented, self-directed, flexible with tasks, ability to communicate findings, cross team collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of current and new equipment and/or processes in order to support process development, optimization, and reduction of downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices.
  • Support achievement of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and support engineering staff to ensure manufacturing readiness of new products and processes and to resolve safety and quality problems by identifying the root cause and implementing permanent corrective actions.
  • Develop working knowledge of all workstations within the manufacturing area.
  • Maintain focus on continuous growth and professional development in the related area.
  • Communicating effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, taking into account the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Fostering teamwork- Building effective partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
