Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance.
  • Own & Develop Features: Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Thousands of companies-including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Notion-rely on Statsig to drive growth through data-driven product development.
  • Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
  • You have experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team improvements.
  • You have a deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time from our Bellevue, WA office.
  • You are comfortable picking up new coding languages or have prior experience developing in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.
  • You value code simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
