About the role

HH Red Stone, a rapidly expanding Property Management Company, is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our property in Savannah, GA.

Perform a wide range of repairs in student housing buildings, including electrical, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, handling tasks such as timekeeping, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
Provide recommendations on budget allocation, capital expenditures, and maintenance procedures to optimize property performance.
Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
Maintain a positive and constructive outlook.

2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you can expect the following:
If you have a strong background in maintenance trades and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Multi-Family Housing, we want to hear from you.
Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and collaborative management style will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Demonstrate expertise in all maintenance trades.
