About the role
- Ensure that end user experience is always at desired levels by providing day to day support on all IT related matters and interactions or incidents from Caretaker SMAX to enable optimal productivity and efficiency in day to day operations for penguins in the local company.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot IT systems and software, manage caretaker tickets, and provide training so our teams can work smarter, not harder.
- Deliver 2nd-level IT assistance to emerging markets, ensuring requests are resolved efficiently and SLAs are met.
- Help new users settle in, support existing colleagues, and manage IT equipment delivery and returns.

Requirements
- Minimum job requirements: BA +>1 years' experience
- English proficiency
- BA +>1 years' experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related areas
- Languages:
- Native English (mandatory)
- Work Experience:

Nice to have
- Experience in IT infrastructure for relevant companies.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools / Sharepoint is needed.
- Knowledge of IT projects (software and hardware).
- Experience with Fortinet / MERAKI/ CCNA (desirable).
- Experience with Power Automate tools will be a plus.
