Perform equipment inspections, technical walkdowns, and troubleshooting to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
Utilize tools such as vibration analysis and laser alignment equipment to support testing, balancing, and equipment reliability.
Support customer responsiveness by participating in service calls, identifying issues, and recommending solutions aligned with Groome's capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, and Operations to support customer needs and service execution.
Identify opportunities for additional services or equipment and communicate leads to Sales to support business growth.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage changing priorities and personnel.

Field balancing experience preferred.
Familiarity with alignment, balancing, and general maintenance practices preferred.
Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, etc.) is a plus.

Competitive wages - the salary range for this position is $75,000 to $115,000 per year based on experience.
