About the role

  • Novellus Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversees and assists with the repairs, installations and upkeep of our Barton House Memory Care Community.

Responsibilities

  • Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
  • Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.

Requirements

  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.

  • The main duties of this role include designing maintenance procedures, tracking budgets and expenses and performing inspections on different facilities to find problems and make repairs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
