Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Front Desk - Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, support office access, and provide general administrative support locally and remotely
- Mail, Delivery & Banking - Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier packages, invoice scanning, and occasional banking tasks
- Expense & Document Management - Support expense claim processing, maintain records, and handle filing, scanning, and shredding
- Office Supplies & Inventory - Monitor and restock supplies, coordinate orders, and maintain organized inventory
- Event & Office Coordination - Help plan and support office events, team meetings, client gatherings, and seasonal celebrations
- Office Operations & Projects - Support office moves, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep; provide additional administrative support as needed
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Compensation
- Hourly wage depends on experience.
