Responsibilities
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstration, proof of concept, customer on-boarding, and feature requests
- Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and your own Linux servers
- Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.
Requirements
- Must be located on the U.S. West Coast
- Strong understanding of network and application protocols (e.g. DNS, BGP, Netflow, TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP) and their use for infrastructure design and operations
- Programming proficiency in a scripting language
- Experience with the skill sets required for success
Compensation
- Work in tandem with account team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives
- The base salary range for this position is: $140,000 - $175,000, with an expected overall targeted earnings (OTE) range of: $200,000 - $250,000.
- The salary range and OTE reflect the low and high end of the U.S. range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
