Responsibilities
- The position also supports campus program review processes, manages the PASS operating budget, and coordinates travel and conference arrangements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in office administration or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including the ability to create, format, and maintain documents, tables, and reports

- Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Nice to have
- More than one year of experience in office administration
- Experience with Workday and PaymentWorks
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
- Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of campus constituents
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, including accurate tracking of data, record maintenance, and consistent processing of administrative tasks

Compensation
- $19,965 - $20,964, Commensurate with experience
