About the role
- Our vision is each person living with dementia, and those supporting them, can thrive as we focus on care today and a cure for tomorrow.
- The CC Navigator must collect essential information, provide information and refer in appropriate circumstances in a way that fits the unique needs of the individual.
- This is a full-time term position with the possibility of extension or permanency.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and a secondary fluency in Punjabi and Hindi languages is required.
- Experience in community engagement an asset, including public speaking
- Familiarity with Alzheimer's disease/dementia and caregiving issues
- Ability to remain professional and respectful in difficult and sensitive situations
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be eligible to work in Canada for the term of employment
Compensation
- $46,852.00 - $63,388.00 per annum
