About the role
- Prepare and process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, conferences, town halls, offsites, customer engagements, and executive reviews.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic and administrative partner to the EVP, Market Development Lead, LAC.
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient use of executive time.
- Drive special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the EVP and Market Development leadership team.
- Business Operations Support:
- Support onboarding activities for new hires and leadership team members.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, reports, and presentations to support business planning and management decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across regional and global teams, building strong working relationships throughout the organization.
- Experience serving in a project management, strategic operations, or similar leadership-support capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

Compensation
- $63,000 - $98,000 USD

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, visa requirements, and contingency planning.
