Responsibilities
- Pre-Litigation Focus: Manage cases exclusively during the pre-litigation settlement phase, beginning after a demand package has been submitted and a settlement offer has been received from the insurance carrier.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, contribute to a team-first culture, and support colleagues when needed to ensure exceptional client service.

Requirements
- Legal Experience: Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience, with a solid understanding of the PI case lifecycle and pre-litigation workflows.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate settlements and handle high-volume caseloads efficiently.
