Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for day-to-day HR support-including data changes through Workday.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity by validating and updating employee records and ensuring all HR transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage unemployment claims, including correspondence and documentation requests while ensuring compliance with all applicable state requirements.

Requirements
- Conduct stay and exit interviews as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Human Resources
- Ability to understand Federal and New York State employment laws required
Nice to have
- Previous Workday experience
- HR certification
- Previous Manufacturing experience
Compensation
- HR functions (Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, HRIS)
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 and is bonus eligible.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, and People Managers to support operations team.
