About the role

  • Position Training Specialist (Industrial Solutions) Location Hendersonville, NC This position will be based at the BorgWarner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility in Hendersonville, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery & Technical Instruction: Lead high-quality technical training sessions focused product knowledge and support
  • Training Compliance and Tracking: Implement and maintain system to track - Training completion, certifications & qualifications levels, and training validity & renewals.
  • Integrate feedback from field operations and business trends to continuously refine training content and maintain accurate records for accountability.
  • Self-leadership, who can manage with minimal direction
  • This individual works to maintain safety, quality, delivery, cost control and environmental standards through training support.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curricula remain relevant, effective, and aligned with industry trends.
  • Lead high-quality technical training sessions focused product knowledge and support; including advance diagnostic and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering technical training.
  • this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Compensation

  • $92,800 - $127,600
  • Competitive annual incentive program tied to business results

  • Education: Associates or Bachelors in Technical field or 5+ years experience in technical field
  • Onsite Health Clinic for employees and dependents (age 14 and over) with potential of no cost
