About the role

Responsibilities
- Manages inbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) via the customer relationship management system.
- Works with internal business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding.

Requirements
- Travel Required: No
Nice to have
- Helps with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings and attend meetings as needed.
- Generates a large volume of custom quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers.
- Provides quality control for client reports and requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Completes due diligence and client questionnaires.
- Provides database maintenance and compilation of business metrics.
- Investigates and addresses client inquiries by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate response and communicate findings to the relationship manager.
- Serves as point of escalation for complex issues involving client experience.
- University (Degree) Preferred
Compensation
- Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
