Responsibilities

Strong ownership and communication; able to drive ambiguous projects end-to-end with PM, Algo, FE, QA, Design, Data, and regional business teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
7+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/Scala/C++ programming languages.
Strong backend experience with high-traffic online services, including API design, caching, feature flags, traffic control, monitoring, and launch safety.

Nice to have

E-commerce industry experience is preferred.
Understanding of observability, reliability, and performance optimization for large-scale systems.
