About the role
- As a Healthcare Partnerships Lead, you will help scale Kinetic's healthcare partnerships function.
- You will identify, negotiate, close, and manage partnerships with health systems, medical groups, specialty practices, data networks, and other organizations that can provide access to high-value healthcare data for AI model training, evaluation, and research.
Responsibilities
- Create the initial partner pipeline, outbound motion, pitch materials, CRM process, diligence checklist, and success metrics.
Requirements
- You can credibly discuss HIPAA, de-identification, DUAs, BAAs, IRB/research review, data governance, information security review, and commercial data licensing structures.

- Identify and prioritize high-value data partners based on clinical relevance, modality coverage, data quality, scale, rights, and feasibility
- You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, data licensing, RWD, health tech, life sciences data, provider strategy, or enterprise healthcare sales.
- You have directly sourced, negotiated, or managed complex partnerships with health systems, provider groups, payers, EHR vendors, data vendors, life sciences companies, or research networks.
