Checks and documents specific data corresponding to assigned product line (crust, topping, USDA, cookie, assembly)
Checks and documents that the metal detector is correct and recorded by the packer.
Inspects and documents the trailer condition as well as the raw material and product conditions during the receiving and loading process. Ensures that the appropriate form is properly completed.
Perform microbiology testing for Cookie dough by being able to plate samples and read results for various plates, (Ecoli, Coliform, Yeast and Mold).

High School Diploma or GED.
College course work in Food Science or related area (American Institute of Baking) is preferred
One year of experience in a food service or manufacturing environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to comprehend basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, ratios, temperature tolerances, multiplication and addition

Ability to maintain information in a confidential manner.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) strongly preferred
Previous experience in food manufacturing and/or laboratory environment preferred
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
