About the role
- Manager, Data & AI Transformation & Governance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain portfolio value reporting cadence
- Partner with Finance and Control teams to ensure consistency in value calculations
- Define and maintain department budget and ten-year plan
- Support adoption of best practices in AI value measurements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field of study and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience includes driving analytics, finance, consulting, or digital/AI programs
- Experience supporting value realization, KPI tracking, or financial analysis
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Lead the execution of the value tracking frameworks, governance processes, and analytics required to define, track validate and report AI performance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related field of study
- Familiarity with financial reporting, AI governance and responsible AI principles
- Experience with productivity tracking and automation impact measurement
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $141,120 to $176,400
