About the role
- Job Description: The employee is there to assist the medical team in providing quality care to all patients.
- Medical assisting duties include patient triage, vital signs, patient history, EKG, injections, and using the electronic health record.
Responsibilities
- Maintains clean exam rooms
- Orders of office supplies, maintain waiting area, and make new patient packets
- Maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards of conduct
- Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (required)
