Responsibilities

  • Works within the Contracts Team's metrics/timelines for completion of documents and participates in the development of department procedures and processes
  • Creates and communicates concise and consistent contract provisions
  • Performs other administrative support functions as requested

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and current admission to the Texas Bar in good standing or other U.S. jurisdiction
  • knowledge of standard contract terms and legal terminology required
  • As required by law, we will verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work at Trintech.

Nice to have

  • 5-7 years of contract administration and contract negotiation experience
  • experience in global technology industry preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe including editing functions
  • proficiency with Salesforce contracts and library functions a plus
