Works within the Contracts Team's metrics/timelines for completion of documents and participates in the development of department procedures and processes
Creates and communicates concise and consistent contract provisions
Performs other administrative support functions as requested

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and current admission to the Texas Bar in good standing or other U.S. jurisdiction
knowledge of standard contract terms and legal terminology required
As required by law, we will verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work at Trintech.

5-7 years of contract administration and contract negotiation experience
experience in global technology industry preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe including editing functions
proficiency with Salesforce contracts and library functions a plus
