Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.) Complete preventative maintenance and warranty work Prioritize work orders and handle urgent service requests.
- Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and work performed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI)
Compensation
- $20k-$52k
