About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team.
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the company)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Experience with Smartrecruiters is an asset.

Associate's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting in automotive or trucking industry.
High-volume recruiting experience is highly preferred.

Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures.
Must be able to work from hand-written data sheets and memos.
Maintain a clean office area and work environment.
Monday to Friday
8am-5pm
Overtime as needed.
