Responsibilities
- Support Retail Success
- Build strong relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators throughout your assigned territory.
- Drive Brand Standards & Retail Execution
- Support implementation of merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans with retailers.
- Support Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Partner with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and supplier partners.
- Maintain accurate territory records and reporting.
- Facility & Compliance Support
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, account management, or territory support.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Convenience store, fuel retail, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, promotions, customer experience, or brand standards.
- Experience supporting independently owned businesses.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
