About the role
- We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team and support both our firm and its growing portfolio of companies. This individual will report to the Sr. Manager of HR and will provide organizational support on an ongoing basis, managing not only big ideas and projects but small tasks as well.
- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Experience in a multi-site, global environment is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Compensation
- General HR expertise and experience in the areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, and training/development
