About the role
- The Assistant Resident Engineer will work closely with the Resident Engineer and Project Manager to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000 Project Start Date: July 1, 2026 Project Duration: 24 months Full-time, on-site position.
- Assist the Resident Engineer in daily site management and inspection activities.
Responsibilities
- Overwatch Construction Management is looking for an Assistant Resident Engineer to support our construction management team.
- Review and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, RFIs, and submittals.
- Support the resolution of technical issues and construction challenges.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction engineering or similar roles, preferably on transit/transportation projects Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
