About the role
- Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team.
- The Enterprise Sales Agent will be working in an fulfillment agency environment working with both inbound and outbound calls.
- They will also track client data through Salesforce CRM system and engage with pre-qualified prospects.
Responsibilities
- 2 - Work with pre-qualified leads and close sales.
- 5 - Maintain compliance with business policy requirements
- Call Quality & Conversion: Effective customer engagement and conversion from leads to bound policies, bundled policies, and referrals.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Experience with managing customer relationships
- Experience with CRM systems
Nice to have
- No prior insurance experience required
- entry-level position.
- Internal candidates must have 4-6 months of successful performance in their current role before a transfer is acceptable, or otherwise approved by the Director of Enterprise Sales.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work the United States
