About the role
- As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our agent platform.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the development of AI Agents, utilizing existing and new services.
- Drive innovation by exploring new AI opportunities and creating 0→1 solutions that push the limits of creative AI applications.
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive end-to-end delivery of agentic workflows and lead a cross-functional team in sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and product management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development, including 2+ years of experience in AI development (ideally 1+ year focused on generative AI products).
- Experience in the following languages: Python and Typescript.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our San Francisco or New York office with a fully in-person team.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems across multiple business lines.
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000.
- Total compensation for this position may also include stock options.
- Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
