Identify opportunities to work with subject matter experts to develop and incorporate new content into content libraries and archive outdated information
Maintain expert understanding of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and MJHR's products, services, and procedures
Drive the use AI to generate first drafts for FAQs, executive summaries, and differentiators
Manage ongoing content reviews (quarterly, semi-annually, annually), including working with subject matter experts to update content and statistics

5+ years of experience in sales support or B2B marketing communications role within financial services
Bachelor's degree

Excellent oral and written communication skills and keen attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work well across departments/levels-including sales teams-and to apply influence and negotiation skills
Proven ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment
