About the role
- Serves as a help desk technician for a poultry processing plant.
- Work schedule of Monday through Friday, second shift with flexibility to work additional hours, holidays, and weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities
- The IT Technician will support key plant systems, including weighing scales, industrial labeling printers, weigh price labeling lines, traceability, inventory and QA software, shipping, maintenance, PC's, VoIP phones, office printers, and core network infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot PC software such as MS Windows (10,11), MS Office 365 Support and troubleshoot industrial scales, Sato industrial label printers and applicators, Zebra hand scanners, and inventory software.
- Support and troubleshoot access control and surveillance systems.
- Must supply your own tools.
Requirements
- Min. of 4 years of related work experience (Preferred industrial environment/not required) Associate degree in I.T., related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Experience in repairing/troubleshooting computers, printers, VoiP phones, networks and can apply these skills to similar machines & systems.
