Purpose of the Position The Compliance Coordinator I is responsible for supporting day-to-day compliance activities and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of compliance-related processes.

Partner with other functional departments like Engineering and Purchasing to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously, aligning with strict regulatory reporting deadlines and product launch schedules.
Manage Conflict Minerals compliance (3TG) by collecting, auditing, and compiling data using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT).
