About the role
- Our AI-powered automations help creators and brands engage with audiences across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok, at the right moment, with the right message, minus the manual work.
- You will work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and executive leadership to keep our tax operations efficient, compliant, and built to scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead our global tax strategy, covering federal, state, and international planning.
- Find opportunities to optimize our effective tax rate and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Finance on tax forecasting and long-term planning.
- Support global entity operations and international compliance requirements.
- Build scalable tax processes and infrastructure as we grow.
- Partner with accounting through month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
- Support M&A activity, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration as needed.
- Develop and mentor team members as the tax function expands.
- Leadership gets strategic guidance that supports efficient global growth.
- Cross-functional teams see tax as a trusted business partner.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MST or JD/LLM in Tax is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of US corporate taxation and international tax concepts.
- Experience in a multinational SaaS or technology company.
- Deep understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax provision processes.
- Experience managing external advisors and tax audits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
