Responsibilities
- You'll develop a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and user behavior to inform prioritization decisions.
- Lead and elevate a team of 3-6 product managers, fostering a culture of sharp analytical thinking and product excellence.
- Drive their success through clear feedback, mentorship and bespoke growth plans, while employing a consistent strategy for long-term career development.
- Model disciplined, critical use of AI across the full product development lifecycle, and develop AI-augmented ways of working with clear norms around when and how to soundly incorporate AI-generated output into the final work product.
- Partner with the design team to ensure user experience is a first-class citizen.
- Identify R&D-wide process gaps and lead execution of improvements.
- Lead, motivate and influence others across your team and the business.
- You will drive cross-functional collaboration, and foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
Requirements
- You have at least 7 years of product management experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience managing teams of product managers
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and connecting it to measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to uncover underlying business drivers and translate raw insights into strategic, timely product decisions
- Experience shipping products at scale in a fast-paced environment for sophisticated users and complex workflows (enterprise, B2B SaaS, data-heavy, or regulated domains)
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is between $217,000 - 275,000.
- The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
- The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
