Responsibilities
- Operating as the principal deputy to the Lead Account Executive, this individual plays a critical role in driving account strategy, commercial performance, operational excellence, and long-term customer success.
- Strategic Relationship Leadership Build trusted relationships across all levels of the client organization.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), QBRs, and governance meetings.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Act as client representative when the Lead Account Executive is unavailable.
- Account Strategy & Business Planning Develop and execute account strategy and growth roadmap.
- Support pricing strategies, proposals, renewals, and RFPs.
- Partner with finance on revenue and margin objectives.
- Drive accountability and internal alignment.
- Lead reviews, planning, status, and escalation meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, customer success, operations leadership, or related leadership roles.
Compensation
